Greens Without The Grass represents the next generation of green powders.
All of the ingredients are grown small family farms that practice regenerative agriculture.
The greens are quickly processed after harvest and then gently dried.
After that, they are cryo-milled and bottled quickly to preserve their nutrient value.
No synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides are used on any of the farms, and all of the ingredients are non-GMO.
Greens Without The Grass leaves behind the grassy taste that plagues most green powders.
Greens Without The Grass Swiss Chard is free of grasses (cow food), unlike most greens powders, which are almost entirely grass.
Greens Without The Grass Regenerative and Raw Swiss Chard tastes great and mixes smoothly without the fillers (inulin, fos, cellulose, flax powder, and pectin), sweeteners, flavorings (artificial and "natural"), and emulsifiers (lecithin) found in nearly all greens powders.

Green powders are all the rage, but most of them have a number of issues, from quality control to fairy dusting.
So what should you look for in a greens powder?
A small ingredient list - If a product has 20-50 or more ingredients, they are all going to be in such small amounts that they won't provide benefits. Look for products with just a few ingredients so you get a good amount of each one.
No Additives - Avoid products with fillers (inulin, fos, cellulose, pectin), sweeteners, and flavorings (artificial and "natural"), as well as emulsifiers (lecithin). These are used to cover up poor-quality ingredients and to make the products cheaper to manufacture. The only ingredients should be green foods.
Low-temperature drying—Most green powders are spray-dried at high temperatures, which causes a lot of nutrient loss. Look for products that are air-dried or freeze-dried at temperatures under 120 degrees to ensure they contain the full nutritional value of fresh greens.
Traceability—It can be hard to know where all the ingredients in a green powder come from, so choose a product that shows the farm where each ingredient was grown.
Fast processing - If the ingredients are harvested and sit in a warehouse for a long time, they will lose their nutritional value. Look for products that use ingredients that were processed, dried, and packaged shortly after harvesting.
No grass - Wheatgrass, barley grass, and alfalfa are cheap ingredients that act as fillers in green powders because they are cheap and take up a lot of space. These ingredients do not have the nutritional value that greens like chard, spinach, and kale have. Look for products that are free of grasses (cow food) and contain nothing but green vegetables.
Packaging - Look for products packaged in dark containers. This helps to protect the greens from light, which reduces their nutritional value.
