SFI Health Nattokinase NSK-SD is a powerful enzyme that supports healthy arteries, blood flow and circulation.
Each capsule contains 2,000 FU (fibrinolytic units) of nattokinase.
Derived from a highly purified extract of the traditional Japanese food natto, nattokinase is a natural, highly active enzyme that helps promote healthy fibrin levels. Fibrin is a filamentous protein formed in blood, which can accumulate along blood vessel walls and affect blood flow.
Suggested Use: 1 capsule, 2 times daily, 12 hours apart, with or between meals.
Do not use it if you take medications for blood thinning or aspirin or have a tendency to bleed easily.
Free of dairy, corn, GMOs, gluten, wheat, egg, fish, shellfish, and artificial preservatives and colors.
SFI Health Ultra K2 contains the Mk-4 form of vitamin K2, which is the most potent form of vitamin K for supporting healthy bones. Each capsule contains 15 mg (15,000 mcg) of Mk-4, k2.
The Mk-4 form of vitamin k2 is more effective than the standard mk-7 form found in most dietary supplements.
When choosing a good vitamin K supplement, it’s important to focus on those that push the most to the tissues and bones instead of the mistaken focus on blood levels. Lots of forms of nutrients can increase blood levels, but that does not mean that it has the most beneficial effects. MK-4 concentrates in tissues and organs, so it does not show up as much in blood tests as it is quickly moved and utilized by the body.
Research claiming that MK-7 is superior because of higher blood levels is focused on the wrong thing. Instead, the focus should be on health outcomes. At 45 milligrams per day, multiple human clinical trials have shown support for healthy bones. Our recommendation is to choose the type of vitamin K2 with proven health benefits, and that is MK-4.
