DOSAGE AND TIME
Maca is deeply nourishing and supportive of your body.
This means it takes time to receive the full benefits. While you may feel some effects sooner, it takes about three months to feel its full effects.
Taking it for just a week or even a month will most likely not yield the benefits you are looking for.
It's very important to take the full dosage of maca each day. Skipping many days or only taking a small amount will not yield the desired results.
While the dosages we use may seem higher than other brands, this is because we know the importance of getting enough of the beneficial compounds to have a therapeutic effect.
The vast majority of maca products and the dosage they recommend do not supply therapeutic amounts of macamides and other important compounds.
